1. Purpose
These rules supplement the platform's general Terms and Conditions and set out specific requirements for the content of ads published on 777.md. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the ad being rejected, deactivated, or, in repeated cases, in the account being suspended.
2. Prohibited categories and items
It is strictly forbidden to post ads for:
- firearms, ammunition, prohibited edged weapons, explosives;
- drugs and psychotropic substances, regardless of the stated purpose;
- fake or forged official documents (ID documents, diplomas, certificates);
- counterfeit products that infringe registered trademarks;
- legally protected animals or illegal trade in wildlife species;
- human organs, blood, or other human biological material;
- sexual services or adult content;
- stolen goods or goods obtained through illegal activity;
- pyramid schemes, "guaranteed earnings", or other fraudulent financial offers.
3. Requirements for ad text
- The title must accurately and concisely describe the product or service offered;
- the description must reflect reality β false information about the condition, origin, or characteristics of the item is not allowed;
- including contact details (phone, email, external links) directly in the title or description is forbidden β the Platform provides dedicated fields for this;
- repeatedly posting the same ad in multiple categories ("spam") or creating duplicate ads is forbidden.
4. Requirements for images
- images must depict the actual product or service offered, not generic images taken from the internet without permission, except for new, sealed products where the manufacturer's official image is accepted;
- including contact details, watermarks from other websites, or advertising content in images is forbidden;
- posting inappropriate, offensive, or misleading images is forbidden.
5. Ad price
The displayed price must reflect the actual selling price. Displaying symbolic prices (e.g. 1 leu) merely to attract attention, when the item is not actually being sold at that price, is forbidden.
6. One ad per item
Each item or service must be the subject of only one active ad. Manually republishing the same ad before the existing one expires, in order to appear more frequently in results, is considered a violation of these rules.
7. Moderation
Ads may be reviewed by the Administration, manually or through an automated content-analysis system, both at the time of publication and afterward. Ads that violate these rules may be rejected, deactivated, or flagged for review, without prior notice.
8. Penalties
Depending on the severity and repetition of violations, the Administration may apply: a warning, deletion of the ad, or temporary or permanent suspension of the account. Cases of illegal activity (fraud, sale of prohibited goods) may be reported to the competent authorities, as described in the dedicated section of the Terms and Conditions.
