1. Introduction
This document governs the terms and conditions for using the 777.md platform (the "Platform"), operated by the 777.md administration (the "Administration"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or otherwise using it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of the service
777.md is an online classifieds platform that allows users to post, search for, and respond to ads for the sale of goods, services, real estate, jobs, and other categories available on the site. The Administration provides the technical infrastructure of the Platform and is not a party to transactions carried out between users.
3. Registration and user account
Posting ads requires creating an account, confirmed via phone number. The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for all actions carried out through their account. Creating fake accounts, impersonating another person, or providing incorrect contact details is prohibited.
4. Posting ads
Users are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the ads they publish. It is strictly forbidden to post ads that:
- contain false, misleading, or deceptive information about the buyer or the item;
- promote the sale of goods or services prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Moldova (weapons, drugs, banned substances, counterfeit products, forged documents, etc.);
- infringe on third-party intellectual property rights;
- contain discriminatory, defamatory, obscene content, or content that incites hatred or violence;
- are intended to defraud other users.
The Administration reserves the right to moderate, reject, suspend, or remove any ad, without prior notice, if it violates this document or applicable law.
5. Limitation of the Administration's liability
The 777.md Administration acts solely as a technical hosting provider for ad listings and is not a party to the contractual relationships, transactions, or negotiations between users (sellers and buyers). The Administration assumes no liability for:
- the accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of the goods and services advertised;
- a user's ability to complete a sale or purchase;
- any financial, material, or other damages suffered as a result of interactions between users;
- the conduct, true identity, or intentions of users posting or responding to ads.
Users are encouraged to exercise reasonable caution when conducting transactions: verifying the counterparty's identity, meeting in public places, and avoiding advance payments to unknown persons.
6. Cooperation with authorities and fraud prevention
If suspicions of fraud, deception, or other unlawful activity by a user through the Platform are reported, the Administration will fully cooperate with the law enforcement bodies and competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova, including by providing, upon their official request, available data about the user in question (registration details, IP addresses, ad history, contact details provided). Users who believe they have been victims of fraud are encouraged to promptly report the matter to the police and, in parallel, notify the Administration so the account involved can be investigated and, if warranted, suspended.
7. Payments and paid services
Certain services (ad promotion, VIP status, subscriptions) are offered for a fee. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. Refund details are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform's content (design, logo, source code, structure) is the property of the Administration and is protected under copyright law. Copying, reproducing, or commercially using it without the Administration's written consent is prohibited.
9. Changes to these terms
The Administration reserves the right to amend this document at any time without individual prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with the last-updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
