- Ad data: text, images, category, price, and location of published ads;
- Payment data: for paid services (VIP, promotion), transactions are processed by authorized payment providers (Stripe, MAIB, PayNet); 777.md does not store full bank card details;
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, access logs, for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Collected data is used to: create and manage your account; publish and display ads; process payments for requested services; send notifications related to your account or ads (e.g. confirmation, ad expiry); prevent fraud and ensure Platform security; comply with legal obligations.

777.md does not sell or rent users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed in the following situations:
- to payment service providers, as necessary to process transactions;
- to SMS/email service providers, to send verification codes and notifications;
- to competent authorities (police, prosecutors, courts), upon official request, as part of investigating fraud, deception, or other unlawful activity reported in connection with the use of the Platform;
- other contact details on an ad (phone number) are publicly visible to other users, having been voluntarily provided for the purpose of completing a transaction.
5. Retention period
Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. After account deletion, data may be retained for a limited additional period for accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your rights
Under applicable personal data protection law, you have the right to: request access to your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; withdraw your consent to data processing, where processing is based on consent; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Data security
The Administration implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or accidental disclosure, including password encryption and restricted access to sensitive data.
